I just wanted to extend my sincerest thank you for your assistance in getting my new high lift garage door setup installed.  Most importantly I want to make mention of the two technicians that attended my house today.  Their professionalism was excellent and exactly what I would hope from my own staff at Audi London.  I could not be happier with their work and I couldn't be happier with the dramatic impact the high lift system has done to my garage. Please ensure the installers and management get a chance to read my email.  I have always had nothing but great service from Stewart Overhead's commercial division in my dealings through my work and this was yet another example of the same.

I want to comment on how great the service you guys gave. I had called on a couple of other companies and got nothing but the runaround and no one available to look after my need. I sent a response on your website on Friday evening, received a call from Brad (I believe his name was) early Monday morning.  Dan, the service guy shows up before 10:00 a.m. and did the job. I then asked him while he was there if he had time to replace the gasket on the bottom of the door and with no hesitation took on the extra work.  I then get your invoice and I was more than pleased with the pricing, I thought it was all very fair, kudos to such a service oriented company.  I am on the board of our little condominium complex and I am going to be sure to recommend your company to others. Great to work with you all ????.

I was tempted to attempt this repair myself as I do have some technical skills, but I was wise to contact a professional. I am aware of the hazards of a tensioned spring but did not realize there was so many spring choices. You offered next day service and the technician you sent was first class.

I LLLove my new garage door. My family and neighbours love it too. I've been told the new door makes my house "Look like a million bucks."
