The spring for my electric garage door broke with a bang this morning and my car was trapped in my garage! After my frantic phone call, a technician arrived at my door within the hour. He had everything repaired in no time. I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone who came to my rescue this morning.

Our garage door opener stopped working so we contacted Stewart to come and replace it. They provided us with all of our options by phone and were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When the technician arrived to replace the opener, he said that it was actually the spring that was broken and we could just replace that if we wanted. We were grateful for his honesty and professionalism and decided to replace the door opener as well anyway. We would highly recommend Stewart Overhead Door! I want to comment on how great the service you guys gave. I had called on a couple of other companies and got nothing but the runaround and no one available to look after my need. I sent a response on your website on Friday evening, received a call from Brad (I believe his name was) early Monday morning.  Dan, the service guy shows up before 10:00 a.m. and did the job. I then asked him while he was there if he had time to replace the gasket on the bottom of the door and with no hesitation took on the extra work.  I then get your invoice and I was more than pleased with the pricing, I thought it was all very fair, kudos to such a service oriented company.  I am on the board of our little condominium complex and I am going to be sure to recommend your company to others. Great to work with you all ????.

I was tempted to attempt this repair myself as I do have some technical skills, but I was wise to contact a professional. I am aware of the hazards of a tensioned spring but did not realize there was so many spring choices. You offered next day service and the technician you sent was first class.
