COMMERCIAL DOOR OPERATORS
Jackshaft Operators are designed to be used on any door with a shaft, sprockets and chain as the driving elements. They can be installed on high or vertical lift doors, as well as on standard lift sectional doors or rolling doors and grilles. They can be wall, hood or shelf mounted on either side of the door. We offer both ‘Heavy Duty’ and ‘Medium Duty’ operators to suit the application to ensure you have the correct product for the long-term.
Lift Master – Trolley
Trolley Operators are designed to open and close standard lift doors as the carriage is driven back and forth on the horizontal operator track. They are usually ceiling mounted on the centerline of the door. We offer both ‘Heavy Duty’ and ‘Medium Duty’ operators to suit the application to ensure you have the correct product for the long-term.
Lift Master – Underground Parking
The HCTDCU model is the ultimate high-traffic door opener for apartment buildings and low-profile applications. In addition, they are extremely quiet so as not to disturb tenants living directly above the garage. For added safety, the HCT includes a key release feature for instant access in case of power failure. And all components are fully enclosed to greatly reduce the risk of injury.

The Direct Drive operator is designed for use on any commercial or Industrial balanced or unbalanced vertical lift door application Applications include; Car wash, Cold storage Pharmaceutical, Food facility, Rolling steel, Grilles, Insulated doors, Shutters and Rubber roll up, high speed fabric and vinyl roll-up door applications.
